Bookkeeping Position:
Sabo’s is seeking a Bookkeeper experienced with financial records and reporting to start training as soon as possible for part- or full-time. Salary/wage is negotiable and depends upon experience.
Must have:
A strong understanding of accounting principles and be proficient in accounting software.
Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills and attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required for vendor and client interactions.
Duties Include (but are not limited to):
POS reconciliation, Accounts Payable and Receivable, tracking outsourced payroll, all business tax tracking, running reports and closing monthly books.

About You
- Plant growing or design knowledge is a plus but not required; however willingness to learn and a positive attitude are required.
- Are you dependable, safety oriented, able to work well with a team as well as independently? Can you design a garden? Wholesale and/or retail sales experience?
- How is your mechanical aptitude – motors, heater, water works, vehicles?
- Being comfortable with heights? Not required, but a plus.
Jobs performed by members of our staff include but are not limited to:
- Planting, pruning, filling and tracking orders
- Operating fork lift and farm equipment
- Social media and web site maintenance
- Advertising – radio and print – start to finish
- Gardening programs and develop special events
- Create retail displays
- Design and create parade floats
- Create handouts, brochures and other business related literature
- Some aspects of the job includes physical labor and some weekend hours
- Everyone helps with plant care, watering, general maintenance and cleaning
